It all starts hours before serving.

Cooking on a slow heat makes it REAL GOOD.

Meanwhile inside, the ladies are getting ready to serve.

Even the deserts need to be set up.

A few hours later and it's time to take 'em off.

Cutting the ribs is Gary's job.

Before cutting more he checks to see how many are needed.

Kris helps by serving beans (no pun intended.)

Sue and Cindy are servers too.

Shannon can dress Larry up but can't take him anywhere.
